It was released in 2016 and is part of the “Winter Village Collection.” It features a festive locomotive, a tender, a flatcar with a rotating Christmas tree, and a caboose. While it has been retired by LEGO, it can often be found on the secondary market (like BrickLink or eBay), though prices may be higher than original retail.
