The MOC three levels including the Sanctum Sanctorum, a pizza shop, Night Nurse’s Clinc and Peter Parker’s condo. It highlights numerous parts of the LEGO Modular Building Theme including 8-stud wide walkways, designed into a 32-stud-long exterior, and fits impeccably with official modulars in a corner development.
