This is a little dynamic figure of Falkor (or Fuchur), the karma winged serpent from The Neverending Story.

A wrench can be pivoted on the finish of the model to make the mythical serpent move, with the body following a wave design. You can see it in real life in the video alongside a full clarification of how it functions.
